How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel any time—no questions asked.
To do so simply login and click the menu in the top right and then click manage subscription. If you are on desktop just login and click manage subscription. 
This is where you can cancel/pause. Or, email our support team at help@mylifetrove.com and we’ll take care of it for you. 
🚫 Cancel before your billing date to avoid being charged. Refunds are not guaranteed once a payment has been processed.

How does the free trial work?
New members get 28 days free to try everything—no charge upfront. This starts when you make your initial purchase of the VIP membership. If you don’t cancel within those 28 days, you’ll automatically be billed $34.95 every 28 days. You can cancel or pause at any time by simply clicking on the menu and then clicking Manage Subscription. Here you can easily pause or cancel. You'll also receive $34.95 in store credit each month to spend. 
✅ To check when your trial started, search your email for the subject: “Welcome to the Life Circle.” Your billing date is exactly 28 days from that.
How do I use my monthly store credit?
Your $34.95 in store credit is automatically applied to your VIP account after your free trial and you are billed for the first time. To use it:
  • Click Shop Member Deals, this is where you can use your credit.
    At checkout, your credit will automatically apply Unused credit expires after 30 days, so don’t let it go to waste!
How do I see how much credit I have?
Every month billed you get $34.95 as store credit to use in the VIP store. If you want to see your credit simply add some products to cart and proceed to checkout. At the bottom near the orders total it will show how much credit is applied to the order. Keep adding products until there is no more credit to see how much you have in total.
What happens if my payment fails or my card is declined?
We’ll notify you via email and try to bill again. You’ll have a grace period to update your payment method before your membership is paused. 
To update your card, click manage payment details there you can update it.
Can I get a refund after I’m charged?
All membership payments and VIP orders are final once processed.
We send a reminder before your first charge and provide multiple ways to cancel easily. If you believe you were charged in error, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
Why was I charged $34.95?
This means your free trial ended and your membership renewed. 
You now have access to:
  • Exclusive VIP only products at a discounted rate.
    Free shipping
    $34.95 store credit to use in the VIP store.  You can still cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
Can I pause my membership instead of canceling?
Yes! If you need to take a break, we offer the option to pause your membership for one billing cycle. Click manage subscription and click pause to do so.
